Rocco Termini of Signature Development has converted this 130-year-old industrial space to 32 apartments and a daycare facility, Vincennes Academy. Termini spearheaded this $9.2 million effort to reverse decades of neglect of the Webb Building, now known as the Webb Lofts.

Apartments in the Webb building all have two bedrooms and will rent from $1,050 to $1,150 per month. Amenities include hardwood floors, exposed brick, eleven-foot ceilings with eight-foot-high windows, built-in fireplaces, stainless steel countertops, marble-floored bathrooms, glass bowl sinks, vanities imported from Italy, a modern elevator system and covered parking in a garage across the street.
